RETURNS
Second guessing? Don’t panic. Returns are free! You can return purchases within 30 days of your delivery date. We made it easy. Simply, attach the shipping label you received with your order to our packaging or your own and seal. Locate the nearest USPS and drop it off. Jane 1530 will process your refund within two weeks of receiving the merchandise. Don’t worry, you don’t pay for return shipping fees. Please note: Items must be unworn and have merchandise tags attached. If the items are damaged or cannot be identified, we may return the items to the sender.
EXCHANGES
We get it, you decided you wanted a different color. No problem. To ensure we have what you need in stock, please process a new order from Jane1530.com. Once that order is being processed follow the return steps and when we receive your return we will process a refund for the amount of the returned items. Please note: Items must be unworn and have merchandise tags attached. If the items are damaged or cannot be identified, we may return the items to the sender.
